This is how people at my work called me. When I worked in a chinese restaurant in Hannover as a studenthilfe, or student who work as a part time job. People at my work such as chef, or bartender, or my boss called me Hey Junge! It means Hey, Young Man!!.

I have to ready to help anyone there because my job is studenthilfe, have no particular job. Sometimes I do wash the plate or spoon, sometimes pick the food, or anything that I can do. I must deal a lot with food and cooking although I never done these before . I larn a lot from my work there.

For example, yesterday I have to mak preparation for fried duck related food. The duck should cut half and put it on corn starch. Fiuuhh.. I/ve even never eat duck before and now I have to cook it. So, I mst learn a lot to do this. But thank to the God, The chef was really helpful. He teach me a lot of techniques.

For tomorrow, I have to prepare salad for buffet, another strange food for me. Wish me luck for tomorrow OK??!
